MCL Resourcing is looking to recruit a highly organized, self motivated and customer focused Recruitment / Placement Manager to join our fast paced resourcing team in Southport.
·To oversee the smooth management and coordination of the daily booking of temporary staff requirements across the healthcare division.
·To lead and drive the placement team to ensure the smooth coordination and organisation of shift filling. To lead and manage the resource.
·To effectively deal with; staff rotas, constant change in client requirements and changing needs of temporary staff. To provide time critical staffing solutions to a variety of Care establishments ensuring a great service and the right skills for the right job at the right time and cost.
·To ensure shifts are filled in a timely and professional manner and required confirmation details sent to clients and temp staff
·To lead the placement team to ensure the smooth coordination and organisation of shift filling
·Maintain regular, timely and friendly contact with temporary staff and clients
·To build and maintain long lasting relationships with clients and staff to develop trust
·To deal with issues and client concerns effectively and appropriately, following the necessary procedures and escalating to the HR & Operations Manager as required
·To assist the wider resourcing team with administration support as and when required
·To coordinate the complete diary management of temps weekly activity and clients bookings and be first point of contact for manager queries
·First point of contact for candidate and client queries
·General recruitment administration duties
·Use of bespoke recruitment system to manage all recruitment activity, log activity and contact with clients and temps and generate weekly reports. Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis
·Updating, formatting and creating staff profiles and any other data requested by the clients
·Provide regular support for on-call including weekend cover and evenings
·Manage the resourcer to ensure regular recruitment targets are achieved
·Provide management information to HR & Operations Manager as required
·Liaise with Client Relationship Manager for the resolution of any complaints or operational short-comings ensuring an up to date complaints log is recorded and communicated to management in a timely manner.
·Provide cover and support with on-call phone during the week and weekends on a rota basis
·Any other duties deemed necessary to fulfill the requirements of the role

QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION
GCSE core subjects or equivalent.
Full time, Monday – Friday 8.30-17.15 – flexibility is required outside of these hours
